SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping times are approximately 5–10 business days.
During peak holiday periods, delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control. Don’t worry — we will always keep you informed in case of delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Atelier Molayem currently ships to both EU and non-EU countries. We use DHL for national and international deliveries, while exclusive shipments are handled by Ferrari Group, a trusted partner specialized in luxury and jewelry logistics.
Shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by the destination country, are always the responsibility of the customer.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mail@ateliermolayem.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
P.O. BOX SHIPPING
At the moment, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
