RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the value of the returned items, excluding any shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@ateliermolayem.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these cases individually, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

REFUND POLICY​
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, certificates, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES and PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products, special orders, or personalized items.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer online exchanges.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
