All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you received the order confirmation by email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time is 5 to 10 business days.

During specific holidays, potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control could arise. Don’t worry, we will always notify you.

We offer shipping in Europe for now. 

We use DHL for national and European deliveries, while for exclusive deliveries we use the most reliable courier for luxury and jewelry services of Ferrari Group.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
